Watch how each connection works

OBS Studio logo

OBS Studio

Twitch, Kick, YouTube — any output OBS can stream or record

Get OBS Studio ↗
  1. Get your share code from IRL Health Bar app on Apple Watch.
  2. Enter your share code to get embeded overlay URL.
Enter a valid share code
  1. In OBS, click + under Sources, choose Browser Source, and paste the link you just copied. Set the size to 360 × 180.

Your bar refreshes on its own every 30 seconds, live on stream. Works the same way in Streamlabs, vMix, or any encoder that supports a Browser/Web source.
