OBS Studio
Twitch, Kick, YouTube — any output OBS can stream or record
- Get your share code from IRL Health Bar app on Apple Watch.
- Enter your share code to get embeded overlay URL.
Enter a valid share code
- In OBS, click
+under Sources, choose Browser Source, and paste the link you just copied. Set the size to360 × 180.
Your bar refreshes on its own every 30 seconds, live on stream. Works the same way in Streamlabs, vMix, or any encoder that supports a Browser/Web source.
Strava
Workouts upload automatically — no share code needed
- Sign in with Apple inside the IRL Health Bar app.
- Go to Settings → Connect Strava and authorize the connection.
- Finish a workout on your Apple Watch — it uploads to Strava automatically. No share code, no manual export.
This one's different from the others: it's a direct account connection inside the app, not a share-code widget.
Zoom
Show your Health Bar to teammates on a call
- Install IRL Health Bar from the Zoom App Marketplace (link above).
- Open the app from the Apps panel — during a meeting, or from your Zoom home screen.
- Enter your 8-character share code from the IRL Health Bar app once — Zoom remembers it after that.
- Your bar stays live and visible to teammates for the rest of the call.
Roku TV
Cast your Health Bar to the big screen
- Add IRL Health Bar to your Roku device from the Channel Store (link above).
- Launch the channel from your Roku home screen.
- Enter your share code using the remote.
- Your bar displays full-screen and keeps refreshing automatically — great for a gym TV or the living room.
Chrome Extension
Pin your Health Bar to your toolbar
- Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store (link above).
- Click the IRL Health Bar icon in your toolbar.
- Enter your share code once — the extension remembers it.
- Click the icon anytime to check your bar without opening a tab.
